Body cleansing - Because the hurry up pace of stay at home moms and working women alike, our diets may not always be the healthiest. By adding yoga to your routine, you will cleanse your body of the toxins that may be invading your system through poor diet. You will also have an increase in energy that is much needed by women today.

Firming the body - Not only will be able to attain more relaxation and a stronger body, but you will also achieve an over all firmness to the body as well. Many famous ladies use yoga to keep them in shape for long tours or acting jobs.

Yoga and Pregnancy

There are many beneficial reasons for a pregnant woman to utilize yoga during a pregnancy. This can be a very trying time for women and if you include yoga into your daily routine while pregnant, you can benefit yourself and your unborn child in many ways. There are some methods that will aid in the actual childbirth process.

Yoga poses - Yoga helps circulation and this can benefit the unborn child by allowing more nutrients to be passed on to the unborn child. This can also loosen up the pelvis to aid in the actual birth.

Because yoga already deals with breathing methods, these can be brought into the labor and delivery process easing in child birth.
