Tai Chi touches the spheres in a person’s life and causes that person’s body and mind to undergo a change for the better over time. There are numerous benefits seen by practitioners regarding Tai Chi. An example is the inhibiting of poor body posture; by improving the posture and alignment of the body, injury and tension in the body is lessened.

Another aspect of traditional Tai Chi is “Push-Hands”, also referred to as “Pushing Hands”. This is an aspect of Tai Chi requiring two individuals to practice together. Principles regarding Tai Chi are applied between the two practitioners, in such a way as to develop external sensitivity and internal responsiveness. It is an opportunity to exhibit martial arts aspects in a kind of a slow motion combat, without hurting the opponent. Another aspect of Tai Chi involves using weapons, such as sword, in practice. Weapons training as a component of Tai Chi further develops the practitioner’s strength, chi, and requires greater focus

Practicing Tai Chi will help us to improve our health, and aid in our ability to handle problematic situations. So practice it well and live your life happily by keeping a strong body.
