<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">This lack of energy, which can generate even funny comments from your colleagues, could threaten your productivity and ultimately your job. You really don&#8217;t want to turn up every day looking like something the cat dragged in. So, before it gets worse, let me give you six quick ways to boost your energy levels. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">1. If you have a job where you are sitting behind a desk all day or in front of a computer screen, take five minutes to get up or lean back and close our eyes and stretch, especially in the area of shoulders and legs. Sitting all day can make your body feel stiff and sleepy. A good stretching session that helps your body comes into heat and revive the bloodstream. </span></p>
