In giving a massage, apply the suitable stroke and pressure to the body part to alleviate body aches.

Your mind and body should have pure intentions and should not let ego get involved when giving massages. While giving a massage make sure to target the problem area with the correct stroke and technique but keep in mind that it may take several times and much effort to achieve your goal.
